Chicken Strudel and late autum vegies

Baked endives, cherry tomatoes, sardianian in this case, olives along side wild Boleti, italian forest mushroom in a sturdy but flyky and light crust served paprika cream sauce.

pad thai

A pure adventure in textual delight. Easy once you get use to it. It is a question of timing as I like all the ingredients to be cared for individually, extract their best for the dish. Its more work but worth it.

Nussli salad

A.K.A. lambs' ear, mixed with a simple dressing of olive oil, lemon, salt, soya roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds, one egg coarsly shopped, and chopped figs.

It is by far one of the most tender salads, it lends itself well to other textures.
